We promote new company formation by investing across a wide range of technologies and industries. We like to invest early and provide social capital necessary to get founders to the next stage.

Our Criteria

  • We prefer to be one of the first institutional investors into pre-seed and seed stage startups.
  • Initial investment of approximately $500k.
  • Strong management team with a deep understanding of the problem statement, target customer, and value proposition.
  • At least one full-time employee.

Follow-On Support

We hope to form long-term partnerships with talented entrepreneurs. Therefore, we reserve capital for follow-on investments.
