Our Strategy

Our investment approach is known as “Money For Minnows”. This strategy promotes new company formation by spreading venture capital across diverse technologies and industries.

Our Criteria

  • We prefer to be the lead investor into young, primarily pre-revenue startups.
  • Initial investment of up to $400k for 15-18 months of runway.
  • Must be Wisconsin-based.
  • Strong management team with a deep understanding of the problem statement, target customer, and value proposition.
  • At least one full-time employee.

Follow-On Support

We hope to form long-term partnerships with talented entrepreneurs. Therefore, we reserve capital for follow-on investments.

Our intent is to help entrepreneurs grow their companies by providing access to capital, as well as providing on-going support and meaningful connections.

Deal Sourcing

We can invest throughout the state of Wisconsin with our primary target geography being Milwaukee County.
